La Petite Mort is a french euphemism for orgasm—“the little death.” Every moment of passion destroys as much as it empowers. We wanted to liberate ourselves and gratify our curiosities. To release a certain pent-upness of mental and emotional sparkle. In this issue we explore habits of all kinds: the good and bad, the righteous and deplorable, the obvious and the inexplicable. For inside each there is something to be observed, if not learned.
